Compensation and Benefits (dependent on the franchise owner):
- Competitive pay based on experience and with possible opportunities for bonuses!
- Paid training!
- Paid Sick Leave , can accumulate 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
- Flexible schedules - on site shifts are 4-5 hours; easy to schedule around school or other jobs. Shifts typically run-on weeknights from 3-7 pm and on weekends during the morning hours.
- Marketing shifts - need to visit local businesses , day cares and kids play areas for promoting about swim school. Need to have a personal vehicle and should be able to drive.
The Position:
This position is a combination of Customer Experience Specialist, known as a "Deck Ambassador" works poolside at our swim school and Marketing Specialist who visits local business and participates in local events . This position plays a critical role in providing an excellent customer experience and getting more leads to our business.
Your Typical Responsibilities:

This position plays a critical role in providing an excellent customer experience and getting more leads to our business.
Your Typical Responsibilities:
- 60-70% of time will be allocated customer experience specialist.
- Setting up and breaking down the pool deck area before and after each shift.
- Welcoming students and parents/guardians to the pool deck area.
- Answering customers' questions about their account, their child’s progress, or about the program.
- Assist swim instructors and managers when needed during swim lessons.
- 30-40% of time should be spent on marketing.
- Visits local business , day cares , kids play areas.
- Identify local events where there will be high foot fall and reach out to event organizers to setup a booth for promoting about swim business.
- Fixed hourly salary + Additional bonus will be provided for every new lead brought through marketing efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Have a responsible and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience..

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool.
